In this abridged version of his popular 4 hour 'Mechanical Knee Pain' workshop, Kyle looks at how we can best treat knee pain and why it is so important to build strength and control in the hips and glutes, and also the feet and ankles. Conditions covered include arthritis, anterior knee pain and patellar tendinopathy.
