The Chinese Collection - 国语系列

Welcome to 'The Chinese Collection' - the first collection of videos on Body Control Pilates Central presented in Mandarin Chinese!

The videos are presented by Lavender Wang, who is a Body Control Pilates teacher and our Education Partner for China. Lavender will introduce you to the Body Control Pilates method and it's main principles and will then take you through a series of short, balanced workouts designed to leave your body and mind feeling strong and connected.

More videos will be added to the collection on a regular basis so please keep checking back for updates - thank you!
