Jazzi has been a Body Control Pilates teacher for over a decade, and has completed both her full Comprehensive Studio and Master Matwork teacher certifications. She also holds additional qualifications for working with Specialist Populations, Lower Back Pain, Bone Health, Hypermobility and Pilates for Golfers.
Jazzi discovered Pilates at the age of 12 as a young dancer and has benefited from its impact, both physically and mentally, throughout her professional dance career, and now in adulthood and motherhood.
Jazzi is part of the Matwork education team at Body Control Pilates HQ in London where she tutors Pilates students and guides them through their own teaching journey.
