Classical Pilates
These videos look at, what we refer to in the Pilates world, as 'The Classical Mat' or 'Advanced Matwork' exercises - the original exercises created by Joseph Pilates. Although the Classical exercises in their purest form can be very challenging, these exercises can be adapted and 'broken down' to make them accessible for a wider range of bodies. These videos look at both the original exercises and also the adaptations/progressions.
