This Beginner/Intermediate Reformer routine gives you a mix of traditional and modified repertoire at a gentle pace with technical breakdowns of the work.
This can initially be used as a masterclass/tutorial and then watched again as a flowing, balanced routine. When following this class for your own workout, we recommend pausing the video and perhaps increasing the repetitions for each exercise.

Nathan has been teaching Pilates for more than 20 years and has well over 30 years’ experience in physical and mental conditioning. Much of his knowledge has been drawn from his time as an international athlete, representing Great Britain as a freestyle skier at world class level for many years. This involvement in high-level sport and performance training, as well as injury rehabilitation, sparked Nathan’s interest in Pilates – hence his decision to train with Body Control Pilates in 2000. Nathan is a member of the Body Control Pilates Education Management Team and is Programme Director for Level 4 Pilates. He writes and presents courses for Body Control Pilates, particularly with regard to the Level 4 Pilates qualification and to performance-based courses. Nathan co-wrote the best-selling ‘The Pilates Bible’ which was published in 2010.
