1h 5m
In this Mat masterclass, master teacher, Kathy Corey, draws on her own experience of improving her scoliosis through Pilates. Kathy demonstrates how Pilates exercises can not only help to reduce the curvature and rotation of a spine, but will, in turn, also reduce pain and improve posture, breathing and movement.
