We are delighted to welcome Philippa Satchwell to Body Control Pilates Central with her first masterclass, focused on improving Postural Stability.
As we age, we tend to lose our joint mobility, muscle strength and balance and, as a result, we may develop a tendency to fall.
In this class, Philippa takes you through a series of exercises which can be used to improve strength and balance and reduce the risk of falling. There are also plenty of exercise variations and modifications so you can still make sure you and your clients are still being challenged!
