This intermediate-level workout with Louise is suitable for anyone wishing to strengthen their posture and upper & lower limbs. Louise takes you through a series of fun and challenging exercises to improve balance and reduce the risk of falls.
As this workout focuses on strengthening posture and balance and falls prevention, it is suitable for those with osteoporosis. Please ensure you are safe when trying this workout - if you are unsure about challenging your balance, please complete the exercises close to a wall where you can easily reach out a hand to steady yourself.

Louise graduated from Brunel University as a physiotherapist in 2004 and has since held a number of senior physiotherapy and managerial positions across the NHS and in the private sector. She is currently the Physiotherapy and Clinical Services Manager at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor. Louise qualified as a Body Control Pilates teacher in July 2009 and has been a member of our Education tutor team since 2015, teaching on our Low Back Pain, Bone Health, Pilates for the Older Person and Scoliosis courses. Louise also regularly delivers presentations and workshops to fellow physiotherapists and consultants. She is a qualified acupuncture therapist and a contributor to the health panel during live broadcasts on BBC Radio Berkshire.
