Pilates for Pregnancy (Antenatal & Postnatal)

The videos in this collection are designed to support you and your body both throughout pregnancy and after you have given birth. The exercises will also help you to prepare for the birth, with a focus on breathing and pelvic floor strengthening & release.

There are also a number of videos looking specifically at the important role played by the 'Pelvic Floor' in both women and men and how it can have a more global affect on our whole body and posture.
