Pilates for Scoliosis
The videos in this collection are designed to help those diagnosed with a scoliosis or to help Pilates teachers & movement professionals identify a potential scoliosis in their client.
Whilst Pilates (or any other physical activity) cannot fully ‘correct’ a scoliosis, it can contribute to alleviating the tension and strain on the body that arise directly from its postural deviations, by addressing muscle imbalance and looking at specific joint movements.
