Mary is one of two surviving teachers who trained with Joseph Pilates. At the age of 91 and with 60 years of Pilates practice and more than 40 years of Pilates teaching behind her, she offers a unique insight into the 'man and his method' and the development of Pilates in the decades since.
Mary is a unique character and storyteller and this shines through in this recording of Mary's talk on Zoom to 100 Body Control Pilates teachers during the UK's Covid Lockdown in May 2020. This was the first time she had ever presented online!
