This collection of videos have been created for clients who have hypermobile joints, or who have been diagnosed with one of the Hypermobility syndromes and associated conditions such as PoTS. There is advice and guidance from leading Hypermobility expert and physiotherapist, Dr Jane Simmonds, plus exercise programmes from Lynne Robinson, Lorna Nicholson, Mark Parfitt-Jones and Dr Suzanne Martin.
