Here's something a little different from Chiara...Classical Mat exercises selected at random and put together into a mini sequence! This initial sequence focuses on the following six exercises:

Chiara qualified as Body Control Pilates teacher in 2014 and is honoured to be part of the BCP team.
Having been a dancer for most of her life, her classes are characterised by a sense of flow, elegance and precision. She is passionate about the classical work, as well as integrating mindfulness and breathing practices into her teaching. She believes that both eastern and western approaches to body & movement are equally valuable and beautifully complementary.
In addition to her teaching career, Chiara also certified as a Shiatsu Therapist and offers hands-on treatments in her home studio in Greenwich.
