Shorter Workout: Abdominal Routine with the Band with Conchita del Campo
Shorter Workouts (up to 20 mins)
•
16m
In this short workout, Conchita looks how adding a band to abdominal exercises can provide a greater 'closed chain' connection and can help to integrate the front, back and side lines of the body. The class challenges coordination and balance, without compressing the joints, and allows you to enjoy full range of movement.
The class uses a light resistance band. These are available from Sissel UK - you will need a yellow band - https://www.sisseluk.com/sissel-fitband-essential-exercise-band.
