Annie's personal experience of the benefits of Pilates inspired her to train as a Pilates teacher. Before becoming a Pilates teacher, Annie was a solicitor and spent more than ten years as a partner in a City law firm, combining working full time with a busy family life. Annie's "past life" means she understands the stresses of a busy life and the effect this can have on the mind and body. She found Pilates a wonderful stress reliever and great for her posture after a busy working day.
As a result of her own experiences, Annie knows how beneficial Pilates can be for office workers and she teaches workplace matwork classes in the City. Annie is a ‘Level 4 Low Back Pain’ specialist teacher qualifying through the Body Control Pilates Back4Good® programme and has a specialist interest in working with those with Low Back Pain.
Annie believes in teaching with positivity and encouragement and enjoys working with clients from all walks of life.
• Qualified with Body Control Pilates in 2010
