Tutorial: Hip Replacement Rehab: Progressing Movement with Cameron Angus
The Lower Body (Hips, Knees, Ankles and Feet)
•
55m
In this workshop, Cameron looks at 'the next steps' of hip replacement rehab, where clients are looking to progress their movement and hopefully start the journey of moving towards restarting activities they were enjoying before surgery (this normally happens around 3 months post op). This is where Pilates teachers become their best friends!
