Tutorial: Rehabilitating the Knees with Cameron Angus
The Lower Body (Hips, Knees, Ankles and Feet)
•
34m
This short workshop session with Cameron is the next in his series looking at rehabilitation exercises for frequent areas of concern and injury.
This second session is all about the knees and how to look after them, whether it be post surgery/injury or simply when they are suffering through general wear and tear. Cameron looks at how important the stability and mobility of the pelvis and hips, and also ankles and feet, are to ensuring our knees are healthy. He then takes us through a series of exercises which can help improve all these areas, as well as strengthening the area around the knee itself.
The exercises outlined in this workshop use a small ball (overball), resistance band, sitfit and ankle weights - these are available to purchase from Sissel UK: www.sisseluk.com
