1h 7m
This tutorial workshop with Cameron is all about spirals - the idea that our bodies are active springs which lift, reach, twist and turn, rather than rigid structures working on a singular plane.
Cameron discusses different concepts, such as tissue springs, slings and tensegrity, and uses them to illustrate what is happening within our bodies when we move. He starts by looking at the spine and then moves onto our peripheral joints.
