This balanced workout shows you how you can progress Beginner/Improver clients into more Intermediate Pilates exercises using the Swiss Ball (Physio Ball). Georgie also demonstrates how the ball can be a useful tool to help increase range of movement, whilst giving great feedback so that clients can learn to self-correct and learn how to move with more precision.

Georgina discovered her love for Pilates in 1999 and qualified a year later with Body Control Pilates in Matwork, later adding full certification on all apparatus including Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrels.
She is a certified Advanced FAMO Fascia Movement teacher with Art of Motion and completed her Slings Diploma in 2024. This fascia-focused approach brings a holistic dimension to her teaching, helping clients release tension, improve posture, and move with greater ease.
As well as teaching clients of all levels, Georgina has been a Body Control Pilates teacher trainer for many years, sharing her knowledge and passion with the next generation of instructors.
