This intermediate-level class gives an insight into Linda’s ‘Dance to Pilates’ series of classes, which she has developed with dancers who are in full time vocational dance training. However, the exercises can be used with any client! The class focuses on the front and back lines of the body, taking the traditional exercises that we know and love and adding a slight twist. The class targets the outer to inner ranges of recruitment of the abdominals using the soft ball (overball).
