This gentle movement class with Chiara is focused on mobilising the spine in all directions, and also the shoulders and the hips, thereby setting you up for the day ahead or for a good night's sleep!
You will need to be sitting comfortably for this class so may wish to use a chair, plus you may like to use a yoga block or similar to support you with some of the stretches.

Chiara qualified as Body Control Pilates teacher in 2014 and is honoured to be part of the BCP team.
Having been a dancer for most of her life, her classes are characterised by a sense of flow, elegance and precision. She is passionate about the classical work, as well as integrating mindfulness and breathing practices into her teaching. She believes that both eastern and western approaches to body & movement are equally valuable and beautifully complementary.
In addition to her teaching career, Chiara also certified as a Shiatsu Therapist and offers hands-on treatments in her home studio in Greenwich.
