Mastering the 'Roll Up' is essential in order to be able to perform much of the Classical Pilates repertoire. In turn, the correct sequential recruitment the exercise promotes is key to achieving your full movement potential and to maintaining a healthy, strong and flexible body.
In this detailed 'observe and learn’ masterclass, Miranda takes us through the biomechanics of the exercise and breaks down the movements to help give a full understanding of what is involved. Modifications and preparatory exercises are also explained.
This class is the followed by part 2 which looks at the 'Roll Over'.
