It's great to welcome Louise back to the channel with this masterclass looking at how we can add functional exercises into our Pilates classes.
Functional exercises build on movements carried out in our normal, daily activities, and help us to strengthen and work the main muscle groups needed for these. This therefore makes them extremely important for all groups of clients, but particularly the elderly and those with neurological disorders or conditions such as osteoporosis.
