This Reformer masterclass with Georgie is all about gaining clarity in your movement patterns. You will be building up and layering movements, adding limbs into spinal movements and then separating them back out again to see what differences you can identify!

Georgina discovered Pilates 13 years ago. She fell in love with the fluidity, precision and clean graceful lines of the method, while experiencing changes in her body’s strength and posture.
She began training with Body Control Pilates over 10 years ago and now teaches Beginner through to Advanced on both mat and machines. From an early age, Georgina developed an appreciation for movement and physical activity through dance classes, weight training and martial arts. Having spent 3 years “down under”, working very hard in two very different studios, Georgina returned to the UK with heaps of inspiration and lots of fun, new repertoire. She now runs her own studio in Bournemouth. The experience of working in Australia alongside some very talented and creative people has taught her to be a very versatile, open-minded teacher.
