Following on from Sarah's pregnancy class for beginner-level clients, this second session is designed for pregnant clients who have a good level of Pilates experience and are later on in their pregnancy. The exercises focus on mobilising the key joints and areas that can tighten up during the second and third trimester, and on ensuring the pelvis and hips are well aligned in preparation for what is to come!
This class uses a large physio ball and a resistance band - these are available to purchase from Sissel UK - www.sisseluk.com.
