In this class, Sarah looks at a number of exercises we all know and love from the Body Control Pilates Matwork programme and how we can add new twists and progressions to them to keep things interesting and challenging!

Sarah trained with the Rambert Ballet School. She worked in the leisure industry as a fitness instructor and was a teacher trainer for aerobics instructors. She discovered Pilates after an injury and went on to qualify with Body Control Pilates in 1999. Sarah has worked at the Body Control Pilates London studio since 2000 and enjoys working with clients in private or studio sessions and with teacher training students. Sarah teaches on Body Control Pilates courses in both the UK and internationally.
