Shorter Workout: Multi-directional Mat - Class 2: On your Knees

This short workout with Brenda is the second class in her 3 part 'Multi-directional Mat' series. As the title suggests, this class is performed in a kneeling positions.
You do not need any equipment for this class.

Brenda trained as a dancer at London Contemporary Dance School and has performed as both a contemporary and hip hop dancer professionally. She was introduced to Pilates at Dance College and it helped her throughout her dance career to recover from injuries including an achilles tendon rupture. It also helped to prepare and repair her body during both of her pregnancies.
Brenda completed her Pilates teacher training with Body Control Pilates in 2017 and her thirst for knowledge of the body and movement continues to inform her teaching and benefits her clients with what she continues to bring into the studio.
