In Part 9 (the penultimate!) of his 'Understanding the Foot' series, James looks at assessing pronation and supination in clients and, in turn, which exercises would be best suited to them. James also looks at the effect pronation and supination have on the rest of the body.

James Earls is a writer, lecturer and bodyworker specialising in functional bodywork and anatomy.
