1h 30m
Kyle's pre- and post-op hip workshop is one of our most popular courses run for Body Control Pilates teachers around the globe. We therefore feel very fortunate to have this available to share with you through Body Control Pilates Central.
In this workshop, Kyle talks you through what happens during a hip replacement operation, movements which are beneficial and contraindicated, and Pilates exercises which can help both in preparation for the surgery and with rehabilitation.
Please refer to the accompanying PowerPoint slides throughout which can be downloaded alongside this video.
