This second part of Hana's second class in her movement exploration series delves deeper into looking at the natural response in a body when given both visual and tactile cues. The focus of this class is on the Reformer footwork exercises and the impact of using a light spring setting.

Pilates has been at the centre of Hana's physical self-practice for 50 years. It continues to offer her new insights and understanding as her body changes with the passing years.
Having trained as an apprentice to Gordon Thomson when he opened his first studio in Covent Garden in late 1982 and through her subsequent experiences as a studio owner and teacher trainer, regularly returning to the anatomy of the body in movement and the fundamental principles of the Pilates Method has helped Hana to keep evolving as a teacher.
Hana loves working with Pilates teachers who are curious and who want to continue learning and growing in order to keep their own teaching interesting and lively.
