We're delighted to welcome Sally to Body Control Pilates Central!
In her first video, Sally teaches a slow and controlled mat class, which includes exercises from the 'Classical Mat' repertoire which have been modified for a beginner client. This includes preparations for exercises such as The Hundred, Teaser, Swan Dive, Swimming and more.
Be prepared to work slow but hard!

Sally was first introduced to Pilates whilst she was a student at The Australian Ballet School. Pilates went on to become a great companion through her career as a dancer in the English National Ballet.
Sally has been practicing Pilates for over 22 years and appreciates how the work has supported her throughout different stages of her life, from professional dancer to mother of two boys.
She completed her first teacher certification with Pilates ITC in Australia and then continued her training and education with Body Control Pilates in London. Sally was a valued member of the Body Control Pilates Education tutor team before her return to Australia (via Thailand!).
Now a studio owner in Hunters Hill, Sydney, Sally enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities and is passionate about the accessibility of Pilates and the positive effect it has on overall wellbeing.
