In this 'Pilates for Bone Health' masteclass, senior physiotherapist and Body Control Pilates tutor, Louise Tallis, outlines a short exercise programme designed to support the Royal Osteoporosis Society's mission statement of 'Strong, Steady, Straight'.
The class focuses on strengthening muscles and stimulating the muscle attachments onto our bone surfaces to help build bone density. It also looks at how Pilates can improve our clients' balance and posture.
