Pilates for Bone Health

These videos are designed for anyone interested in improving their bone health and are suitable for clients diagnosed with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia (providing you have clearance to exercise from a GP or other practitioner). The classes adhere to the latest NOS (National Osteoporosis Society) guidelines for exercising with osteoporosis and focus on building the bone density of vulnerable sites, such as wrists, the spine and the hips, as well as looking at falls prevention.
