In this flowing Foam Roller class, George will look at how you can use the roller to improve hip extension and to help to prepare your hips for more advanced Pilates exercises.

Georgina discovered her love for Pilates in 1999 and qualified a year later with Body Control Pilates in Matwork, later adding full certification on all apparatus including Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrels.
She is a certified Advanced FAMO Fascia Movement teacher with Art of Motion and completed her Slings Diploma in 2024. This fascia-focused approach brings a holistic dimension to her teaching, helping clients release tension, improve posture, and move with greater ease.
As well as teaching clients of all levels, Georgina has been a Body Control Pilates teacher trainer for many years, sharing her knowledge and passion with the next generation of instructors.
