In this video, Lavender and her student Xia take you through a short workout suitable for beginners and Pilates fans who are new to Body Control Pilates method. The workout will allow you to review your Pilates ABCs, as well as gently and effectively mobilising the joints in the body.

Lavender Wang:
作为播音记者的Lavender在10年前放弃了原本的职业,在伦敦读研究生期间开始了她Body Control的旅行。在这十年的不断实践中,她对基础原则尤为重视,将其视为高质量运动的精髓。她先后获得英国四级背部疼痛,孕期及产后,骨质疏松,高尔夫球运动等多种资质。她于2016年起在中国教授导师培训课程,也因丰富的教学经验,严谨的教学态度和高质量的运动效果,她多次受邀在中国的医院,康复中心,普拉提工作室,健身中心进行讲座。
Ten years ago, Lavender was working as a journalist. Her journey with Body Control Pilates started whilst she was doing a masters degree in London. She decided to train to teach Pilates and has never looked back. She has been a qualified Level 4 Low Back Pain practitioner for 8 years and is also qualified to work with ante- and postnatal clients, clients with osteoporosis and other bone health conditions, golfers and many more sections of the population.
Lavender has been delivering the Body Control Pilates Matwork Teacher Training course in China since 2016. She has also been invited to teach in China in various hospitals, rehabilitation centres, gyms and Pilates studios and has gained an excellent reputation because of the precision and quality of teaching she offers.
Lavender believes it is incredibly important to grasp and understand the fundamentals of Pilates
