Kristi is an international Balanced Body Method Certified Pilates Instructor, affiliated with the Pilates Method Alliance and the French Pilates Foundation, and a Pilates educator and consultant.
She is widely known as 'Gone Adventuring Pilates' via her Instagram account where she shares her Pilates and travel adventures with the world: ”Pilates is an exploration, an adventure, a constant discovery, as is travel. We can never stop to wonder, to learn and to grow. I seek to bring the two together for the well-being, discovery and joy of all.”
Trained in Paris, she teaches clients in France, where she lives, and across the ocean to Southern California where she is native to. Before becoming a Pilates Instructor she was an amateur Pro Tennis Player turned landscape architect turned private chef in Hollywood, then Paris. After multiple sports injuries, she discovered Pilates 15 years ago which ultimately brought her back to life and her love of movement and athletics!
Her passion today is to teach the proper technique, precision and benefit of Pilates, with a specific athletic approach for optimal performance for those amateur - pro athletes. She loves being creative and is constantly learning to add more to her repertoire.
