This latest video in Miranda's series of 'observe and learn’ masterclasses looks at 3 Classical/Advanced Matwork exercises which are interconnected - Single Leg Circles, Double Leg Circles and Corkscrew.
Miranda takes us through the biomechanics of each exercise and breaks down the movements to help give a full understanding of what is involved, focusing on what often goes wrong and what we need to work on to ensure it goes right!
