This is the second part of Charlie's functional matwork routine which explores how Pilates exercises can support how we move on a day-to-day basis. In this class, Charlie takes us from the standing work of the previous session into a more floor-based series of exercises, including work in high kneeling, four-point kneeling, sitting and prone.
