In this this workshop tutorial session, Cameron draws on his extensive experience as both a physiotherapist and Pilates teacher to look at posture, and what we need to be able to achieve and maintain 'good' posture throughout our daily lives.
Cameron takes us through a series of exercises and movements which can help to improve posture, and also discusses the effect our mood and mental state can have on how we hold our bodies.
