Tutorial: Creating Space with Cameron Angus
Healthy Backs
•
55m
This session with Cameron looks at how you can help to encourage the feelings of space, power and control in your movement through focusing on the key Pilates principles and the connection between mind and body.
The idea of creating awareness of how it feels in your body (interoception) to engage and move in a supported and flowing way is introduced using Pilates exercises you will be familiar with. Concentration is key!
Cameron uses a fusion of both classical and contemporary Pilates, along with other disciplines, to help encourage a deeper movement experience.
